| The five-year plan of the Association | To actively coordinate with the New Farming Construction Plans and “Protection Measures of Napa Hai Wetlands” implemented by the local authorities, with Napa Community as an interim to build a platform formed by units of families in the village, in order to attract (both foreign and local) company or individual to spur exchange in the civil society,
To integrate all forestry resources in the village and assist the villager to form the “Shangbala Ranch International Youth Camp Co. Ltd”, to unify the development planning and introduce “Tourism of Village Living Culture” to replace the cutting down of woods in order to gradually improve the primitive ways of productions and living methods, and lead the villagers to learn and participate in the economy, to accrue capital for the villagers to establish a platform to enhance corporation with the market and to actively participate in the modern society and to improve with the modern growth,
Utilising the investment by foreign members, to build the Shangbala Ranch (foreign members’ camp site) which will be managed by the villagers, and profits shall be utilized to improve the infrastructure in the village, schools and the environmental protected areas,
To develop a sustainable line of economy to enable the villagers to completely stop the reliance on the bad circulation of cutting and selling woods to sustain the livelihood, and to improve the educational environment of the children in the Napa Hai,
To establish a sustainable path for the minority of weaker economical power with the assistance of the local society and with means of their own contol. |
